History of the kennel
The kennel was created in 1992, its first name was "Nicol" and at first it was registered on national level in the Bulgarian Federation for Cynologie - N: 3/92. And in 1999 it's registered in the FCI with the number 1/99 and the name "Golden Nicol".
In the beggining the main dogs in our kennel were the German Shepherd dogs, as everywhere in Bulgaria. "Nicol" was orientated to the raising and breeding dogs with good work properties, good for police work, for work in the Mountain - rescuing service and sport with dogs. We worked with brees for guard too : Kaukazian sheepdog / Middleasian sheepherd dogs. But with the time these dogs became old.....and in the meantime the owners have discovored the marvellous world of the Siberian Husky.
In January 1995 - almost accidentelly - into "Nicol" fell BELAJA TUNDRA OD BLIZANIAC - we can say that this is one of the first quality siberian husky in Bulgaria. Dayen of the "siberian" population in the kennel, she equally with our German Shepherd dog LORA NICOL took part in Ajility competitions. In consequence the kennel got other huskyes too, and today it owns 15 wonderful siberians, which turns it into the oldiest and the biggiest kennel for this breed in Bulgaria(at this moment).
Since 2000 our kennel joined the young Handler - Svetla Velichkova. In 2002 and 2003 she have won the most of the competitions for Junior Handling in Bulgaria and other contries with our dogs!!!
